The Plan

What should the objective be in SFI to be a top earner? What is THE plan for maximum success and income in SFI?
In the simplest terms possible, your goal is to attain the rank of DTL (Diamond Team Leader). The requirements to be a DTL are:

• 1500 VersaPoints from sales and/or purchases
• Develop 5 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders) on your first level

That's it!
Let's now review the steps on your way to DTL:

STEP ONE

Advance to the rank of EA (Executive Affiliate)

Qualifications (monthly):
1500 VP (any combination of VersaPoints from your To Do List)

STEP TWO

Advance to the rank of BTL (Bronze Team Leader)

Qualifications (monthly):
3000 VP (min. 1500 VP from sales/purchases)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Do I have to buy products?
No. All VersaPoints requirements can be met through sales to your customers and a variety of other actions (as listed on your To Do List). Any personal purchases are 100% optional and up to you.
Q: How do I get the five people I need…and how do I get them to become PTLs?
First, recruit as many people as you need to find at least five who are serious about building a successful business. For recruiting methods, click HERE. Next, use these strategies to help create activity and identify your future PTLs (at all times, remember to "work with the workers.)” Once identified, work closely with each of your five. Remember that if THEY succeed, then YOU will succeed. They are the key, so be there for them, focus on them like a laser! Keep working together, lead by example, and exercise dedication and persistence! Keep this up and soon your five will find themselves as EAs, BTLs, STLs, GTLs, and finally PTLs…making YOU a DTL. But make sure you focus ONLY on the next rank for them. If they’re only a BTL, focus only on them getting to STL! You will NOT develop five PTLs overnight or likely even in your first year or two, but just keep working the plan, working towards the goal, and you will get there! And on the way, enjoy the journey, because the journey is the real joy.
Q: Where can I see a comparison of the perks and compensation for each SFI rank all the way from Affiliate to Diamond Team Leader?

Q: Does my structure have to look like the above diagrams? For example, to become a Silver Team Leader, do I have to have 5 Bronze Team Leaders on my first level?
No. You can have as many affiliates on your first level as you want and they can be any combination of ranks. The above example diagrams are just to "show the math" of how you can advance through all the SFI ranks by developing EA2s, then BTLs, then STLs, then GTLs, and finally PTLs.
Q: So I could have, say, 5 EA2s, 1 BTL, 2 STLs, and 3 GTLs on my first level to meet the non sales/purchases VP requirement for being a Platinum Team Leader?
Yes. The plan is very flexible. You can meet the VP requirement of any rank in any of hundreds of combinations.
Q: If I'm not interested in doing the daily/weekly/monthly free actions, can I still advance through the steps and become a Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Team Leader?
Yes, absolutely. You'll just need to make up those points doing other actions (such as developing some more first level Team Leaders).
Q: Could I have, say, 20 or 25 Platinum Team Leaders on my first level?
Yes, there's no limit, it's totally up to you how you structure your team.
Q: If I attain the rank of DTL with five first level PTLs...and then one of them drops to GTL, will I still be a DTL?
No. You must maintain a minimum of five first level PTLs to have the rank of DTL.
Q: If I was formerly a DTL and lost this rank due to no longer having a minimum of five PTLs on my first level, what would my rank be then?
Your rank would then be based on your VersaPoints. If you still had a minimum 6000 VP with the required minimums for VP from sales/purchases, you'd be ranked and paid as a PTL.
Q: Could I be, say, a Silver Team Leader and have Diamond Team Leader on my first level?
Sure, and you'll earn 600 VP for each personally-sponsored DTL, by the way!
Q: So is the idea that once I reach the rank of DTL, I can retire?
If you want to, yes, or maybe just semi-retirement (SFI's too much fun to totally retire from it, right?!). You'll just want to make sure that you have five solid PTLs on your first level.
Q: What if I developed five DTLs on my first level? Would I get an even higher rank than DTL?
Diamond Team Leader is the highest rank in SFI at this time, but with five DTLs on your first level, you might very well be the highest earner in SFI! So that's a GREAT goal!

10 Tips to Achieve Anything You Want in Life.

These tips are pen down by Inga Stasiulionyte.

1. Focus on commitment, not motivation.
Just how committed are you to your goal? How important is it for you, and what are you willing to sacrifice in order to achieve it? If you find yourself fully committed, motivation will follow.
2. Seek knowledge, not results.
If you focus on the excitement of discovery, improving, exploring and experimenting, your motivation will always be fueled. If you focus only on results, your motivation will be like weather—it will die the minute you hit a storm. So the key is to focus on the journey, not the destination. Keep thinking about what you are learning along the way and what you can improve.
3. Make the journey fun.
It’s an awesome game! The minute you make it serious, there’s a big chance it will start carrying a heavy emotional weight and you will lose perspective and become stuck again.
4. Get rid of stagnating thoughts.
Thoughts influence feelings and feelings determine how you view your work. You have a lot of thoughts in your head, and you always have a choice of which ones to focus on: the ones that will make you emotionally
stuck (fears, doubts) or the ones that will move you forward (excitement,
experimenting, trying new things, stepping out of your comfort zone).
5. Use your imagination.
Next step after getting rid of negative
thoughts is to use your imagination. When things go well, you are full of positive energy, and when you are experiencing difficulties, you need to be even more energetic. So rename your situation. If you keep repeating I hate my work, guess which feelings those words will evoke? It’s a matter
of imagination! You can always find
something to learn even from the worst boss in the world at the most boring job. I have a great exercise for you: Just for three days, think and say positive things only. See what happens.
6. Stop being nice to yourself.
Motivation means action and action brings results. Sometimes your actions fail to bring the results you want. So you prefer to be nice to yourself and not put yourself in a
difficult situation. You wait for the perfect timing, for an opportunity, while you drive yourself into stagnation and sometimes even
into depression. Get out there, challenge yourself, do something that you want to do even if you are afraid.
7. Get rid of distractions.
Meaningless things and distractions will always be in your way, especially those easy, usual things you would rather do instead of focusing on new challenging and meaningful projects. Learn to focus on what is the most
important. Write a list of time-wasters and hold yourself accountable to not do them.
8. Don’t rely on others.
You should never expect others to do it for you, not even your partner, friend or boss. They are all busy with their own needs. No one will make you happy or achieve your goals for you. It’s all on you.
9. Plan.
Know your three steps forward. You do not need more. Fill out your weekly calendar, noting when you will do what and how. When-what-how is important to schedule.
Review how each day went by what you learned and revise what you could improve.
10. Protect yourself from burnout.
It’s easy to burn out when you are very motivated. Observe yourself to recognize any signs of tiredness and take time to rest. Your body and mind rest when you schedule relaxation and fun time into your weekly calendar. Do diverse tasks, keep switching between something creative and logical, something physical and still, working alone and with a team. Switch locations. Meditate, or just take deep breaths, close your eyes, or
focus on one thing for five minutes.
You lack motivation not because you are lazy or don’t have a goal. Even the biggest stars, richest business people or the most accomplished athletes get lost sometimes.

Introducing…Product Collections!

We’ve just added a powerful new sales tool at TripleClicks.  We call it COLLECTIONS.

With this new tool, affiliates can create unlimited, unique themed collections of products to promote.  Here’s how to get started:

1. Open the details page of any product at TripleClicks.
2. Click on the SFI Toolbox button.
3. Click on “Add to collection” link.
4. When you create a new collection, you’ll be asked to choose a name for it.  Note: Your customers will see this name, so make it a good one and make sure you check your spelling, grammar, etc.  You can also add, if you want, a description of your collection–this will also be seen by your customers.  Here are some examples of good collection names:
   • Mother’s Day Gifts
   • Fresh ideas for Spring
   • Get Healthy in 2016!
   • My Favorite Books
   • For Motorcycle Lovers
   • Cool Cell Phone Accessories
   • Ladies Hats
   • Great Gardening Tools
5. The item you chose to start the new collection is automatically added.  Now, add more products to your collection by clicking the blue “Pick Items” button. This will take you to a handy screen where you can search and choose other products you want to add to this collection. Tip: Use the special search box and enter appropriate keywords and a department name to narrow your search to produce the best suggestions.  Check the “Add To Collection” checkbox for any item you wish to add.
6. Click the “DONE” button at the bottom of the screen when you’re done adding products.
7. You’re now viewing your new collection page.  It should display all the products you’ve chosen for this collection.  On this page you can reorder how you want your products displayed by using the “Shuffle” link or by clicking the small star icons.  Or click the pencil icon to edit your collection name, collection description, or to add your own personal comments to any product.  To delete an item from your collection, click the small “X” icon.  Tip: To see how your collection will look to customers, click the “View As Buyer” link in the top right corner.  Click it again to return to the affiliate view.

You can create as many collections as you like…for whatever you want to promote…or for whatever audience (or even person) you want to target!  The possibilities are endless.
Note: Once you’ve created a collection, it’s super easy to add to it any time you want.  Just repeat the above steps #1 through #3, and then choose your desired collection from the collections menu to add a product to it.
When you have your collection completed with all the products you want in it, just grab the the affiliate link (the special, shortened URL displayed at the top of the collection page under the Share icon) and start sharing/promoting!
You can use the affiliate link in emails, on social media, in blogs, etc.  And when your prospects click on your link, they’ll see your Collections name and all the products you’ve chosen–ready for purchase.  And, of course, the affiliate link is associated with your SFI ID number so that you’ll earn the big 45% CV Direct Commissions on all sales you generate.
The new Collections tool is also a powerful new resource for ECAs.  As an ECA, you can now create groups of products to promote like, “Stylish Home Decor” or “Fall Fashion Collection” or “New for 2016.”
Once a collection is created, it’s automatically displayed in a new section on your ECA TConnect page, and customers viewing your collection can easily add items to their cart to buy!
